Christmas At The AG's House 1999
Oh, the Joys of Christmas!
There's nothing like sitting around the fireplace and dreaming of the joys and wants of Christmas time.

It was cool and foggy out this evening, looking like snow and these three little bears were sitting by the fireplace with all kinds of visions in their heads. They were so excited that Christmas time, the birth of our Saviour Jesus, was coming. This finds Aggi, Crystal and Greyling looking into the roaring fire thinking of what they are going to put on their list for Santa.
They decided the first thing they should do was decorate the Christmas tree!

They had fun picking out just the right tree and it took quite a bit of work for them working together to get it in place. With help from some of the other, (meaning non-Ag's) helping get the tree cut, hauled in and set up, they went about the task of getting it decorated. They took turns being the bear on the top of the totem pole getting it decorated. They growl hummed while doing this! It almost sounded like they were singing "Santa Claus is coming to town."

Some of their decorations consisted of red baskets containing small brown bears. They also had the joy of putting our one Halo on the tree. Her name is Danika, in honor of Aunt Cindee's niece Danika. The name Danika means "Morning Star". There will always be Danika on our tree each year.

The tree is all decorated and part of the Santa's Helpers gathered under the tree for a job well done!!

Next it is on to the making of the list for Santa. Greyling ended up writing, Baby White, Crystal
ended up with White Baby, and Aggi had the same thing, Baby White.

Scribbling Skippy had been listening to all the excitement of these little AG's and summed
it up pretty good when he made his list.

All of a sudden they heard the loudest rumbling and racket outside and as they ran to the window,
here is what they saw!

There's Santa Bear Claus with his reindeer and what did he have with him? They could see stockings with little white bears in them. At first they thought Santa Bear Claus had really just brought them small white bears, as that was what they had asked for! All of a sudden they noticed sticking out of Santa Bear Claus' green pouch was BABY WHITE!!!!! Oh, how excited they were. Then they noticed in the reindeer behind Santa Bear Claus was GRANDPA!!! And behind Grandpa riding in a Doe Reindeer was GRANDMA!!! Oh, what fun they were going to have. They were jumping all over the couch, doing somersaults and running for the front door.

Before Santa Bear Claus and all the reindeer left, they gave the whole new family of AG's a ride in the reindeer. They really did some growling and whe-e-e-e-e-ing
as they zoomed over the housetops and trees.

Our own little Neon Antlers had just learned to ride his tricycle with no hands and is now trying to figure out how to fly like Santa Bear Claus and the reindeer do. Do you suppose next year he will ask for a reindeer of his own? Or do you suppose Santa Bear Claus might borrow Neon Antlers if his own reindeer get sick and can't fly?

After Santa Bear Claus and the reindeer disappeared into the skyline, they gathered under the tree for Grandma to read them one of their favorite stories about Bullwinkle the Moose. Everyone needs a little Moose to love also!! The Baby White kept smothering Grandma with its AG kisses and hugs. You can bet there is going to be a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year at this home this year.

Now the search is on for the Baby Grey and Baby Brown. We hope, wherever they are, they are having a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. That is the wish from this family to all you and yours as we go into the year 2000.
